No Bourbon, Crockpot Bourbon Chicken!

So, this is one of our family's fav dinners, but tonight I am cooking it in honor of my friend Amanda who is pregnant and craving BBQ stuffed into a spud! :P

What you'll need:
2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-2 tsp minced garlic
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ cup apple juice
¼ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 TBSP BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's original.)
½ cup water
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 TBSP McCormick steak seasoning
1 stalk green onion chopped thin

*** Cooked Rice or a butter spud.***

Get cooking:
Place your chicken in bottom of a large crockpot .
Cover with all of the ingredients.
Then, just let it cook for approx 6 hours on low.
Then shred it and let it continue on low until your ready to serve!
* Serve over rice and garnish with parsley flakes.
